Anthony Kearns met with me on my father wrongful death case, gave us a list of items to return with, then when we returned his assistant claimed they never agreed to this. Mr Kearns called to apologize and to say he would help us recieve the information from the senior care home that killed him. We would call monthly for updates, none were given, in fact through this route we found out we weren't "retained clients" and could no longer contact the firm directly
