Kazerouni Law Group indiscriminately sends targeted advertising letters ("Someone With This Name Has been Sued"), based on automated data-mining of court records. (Edit: and replies automatically on Google reviews with AI, see screenshot.) This puts recipients in the position of ignoring that information or paying for court records to investigate. A professional law firm is equipped to cross-reference on their end at a lower cost (e.g. knowing which pages of which records to pull to cross-reference an address) prior to sending targeted letters. Kazerouni Law Group does not bother, they have likely done a cost-benefit calculation that marks this level of diligence as not worth their time and money. They seem to prefer that the recipients of their ads shoulder the higher cost.

I have used KLG a number of times, more specifically, Crosby has been my attorney. Do not work with them. I was “helped” by Crosby and I never heard from him unless I reached out first. He did not have my best interest when negotiating for me, he just told me to sign and detail with the settlement!
