Katz Lawyers is, without question, the worst traffic attorney firm I have ever worked with. I moved to Suffolk County from Los Angeles, and in both places I've had traffic attorneys who were responsive and got results. Katz Lawyers was the exception, in the worst way possible. They took my money upfront, then went silent. Emails went unanswered. I asked for a phone call and left messages, but no one ever called back. Their strategy, as far as I could tell, was simply to postpone my tickets until a court date could no longer be avoided. When I found out there was an actual hearing scheduled, I emailed and called to make sure they knew and would be there. They never responded, and then they never showed up. I had to appear in court alone, explain to the judge (with the ticketing officer present) that I supposedly had an attorney representing me, and watch as no one from Katz Lawyers materialized. I was found guilty. So to summarize: I paid Katz Lawyers, they didn't communicate, they didn't show up when it mattered, and I still ended up with a guilty verdict, as if I'd never hired an attorney at all. If you're looking for a traffic attorney, save yourself the money and the headache. Go with literally any other firm.

What is completely unacceptable is they never contacted me — no call, no email, nothing — to inform me that I was found guilty. I had to discover the verdict myself through the NY DMV eServices portal. This is a serious failure of basic professional responsibility. A client should NEVER have to find out their legal outcome on their own.

PLEASE CALL ME BACK!! I

have used you guys twice in the past and was very happy with the results. I do however have a case pending from a ticket in August of 2023 and have been waiting for a call back for a week. Please call me today and let me know when my court date is (I assume it is this month) and if all my paperwork is in good standing and that you will be there to represent me. Thank you
