What is completely unacceptable is they never contacted me — no call, no email, nothing — to inform me that I was found guilty. I had to discover the verdict myself through the NY DMV eServices portal. This is a serious failure of basic professional responsibility. A client should NEVER have to find out their legal outcome on their own.

I retained this attorney to represent me in two traffic violation cases that occurred close in time. My expectation was that the firm would actively work toward having the charges reduced or dismissed. Communication was limited, as most of my calls went to voicemail, and I was only able to speak with someone once. During that conversation, I was informed that the primary strategy was to request continuances in hopes that the officer would not appear in court.
Ultimately, the cases were continued until no further delays were possible. I was required to pay the full fines for all tickets, along with the driver assessment fee, and the points were applied to my driving record. From my perspective, the representation resulted primarily in delays and did not lead to a favorable outcome. Based on my experience, I would not choose this firm again. Regrettably, I had to edit my review to prove that I am a human being and not AI, as the business stated. I also have the proof to what I stated in this review.
