Kats Deed Preparation has a FIVE STAR rating for good reason. Kat not only delivered on quality service in a timely manner but was instrumental in correcting the County record during the document preparation. Discovered during the process was a significant typo that occurred some twenty years prior. The typo adversely affected the legal boundary of a land parcel I was intending to buy. That mistake, although human error from two decades earlier, was prepared and subsequently filed by a title company. Kat, without hesitation, successfully helped to correct the County record and was a consummate professional throughout. Kat also and very competently, orchestrated all signatures on all documents with all parties over three separate states (Oregon, Arizona & Washington).
