Ms. Knee has passed away and there is no one in the office anymore. Look elsewhere.

Called for 6 weeks leaving messages. Never got a call back. Found an email that I sent a message to asking for an appointment. Got a response giving me two options for days and times. I chose one and went to the office on that date/time. Door was locked. Waited about 25 minutes and someone pulled up and unlocked the door. When asked why I was there, I was told I didn’t have an appointment. She took the information needed for the trust and said she would contact me when it was ready to sign. Now, two more months later, still have not been contacted. I have called and left messages and still no response. I then went to the office which was still locked. I called from there and left a message stating that I no longer needed their services. I never saw Ms. Knee, and don’t know who the person I spoke with is, but I wonder if Ms. Knee knows what’s going on in her office. I have since learned that Ms. Knee passed away. Now I can’t believe someone didn’t post a notice on the door or email current clients with this information.

Stay away. You can’t get anyone to answer phone. Was told that her phone had been out of service for months. Seriously!!!! She neglected to file my brother’s will resulting in a delay of a payout of an existing lawsuit prior to his death. She felt it wasn’t necessary to file his will until the another attorney represent my brothers lawsuit had to tell her she needed to file the will!

I don’t know how they keep their doors open.

Does not answer the phone, return messages or return emails. Don't use this estate attorney if you need to actually speak to someone. We have left her voicemails in her office (because no one answers), we also sent her an email but never heard from her. We were complaining to a friend of ours about it and he said he had the same problem so he had to use a different attorney to get his affairs in order. Maybe she had so much money she doesn't need any more business?
