Absolutely unprofessional. My aunt contracted Kate to probate and contest my mom's will in an effort to keep my brother and I from receiving our mom's inheritance as it stated in moms certified will. I reached out to Kate for several weeks in attempt to give her documents related to my mom's estate for probate but Kate refused to speak to the children. Eventually I spoke with her secretary who was very rude and unprofessional as well. Her secretary told me that Kate was going to file charges against me for collecting moms estate from the banks with the POD my mom had on file. So I filed my paperwork directly with probate instead. Dispite my mom having everything squared away and minimum accounts to close Kate drug out this process for a year and a half. Despite winning an award for her work with veterans Kate now conspires with families to dispute cases against Combat Veterans like myself. Don't waste your time with this firm.
