These guys are the worst!
We were talked into using them for our insurance claim and it was the worst decision we ever made.
They reel ya in and tell ya that it's only 22% unless they go to court.
What they don't tell you is that the second you sign the contract and they send out the letter, they consider that to be "going to court"
We went through Ian and had 2 properties damaged, this was our first time ever having to make a claim and we were lost on what to do. We had heard a few neighbors say they were using a Public Adjuster so we thought we would do the same.... BIG MISTAKE
This lawyer (John Sacs) tried to talk us down on the amount we knew we needed to repair, we had the quotes. Then they proceeded to take over 40% of the settlement.
I'll say it again, DONT USE THESE GUYS, they are crooked and will rob you.
