Was in an accident about 6 months ago. I’ve never received a phone call from them asking for additional information, or anything from me. Never received an update either, I’ve called 4 or 5 times and each time they required new information from me and don’t give me any time frame or estimates. I don’t care if it’s $10 or $1000, I would think a reputable firm could maintain correspondence with a client. I wouldn’t use them for car accidents.

I was in an accident a couple years back, and throughout the initial settlement, Karr & Sherman handled my case very professionally, sending me regular updates, and making sure that all of my bills and missed hours were handled as fully as possible. I ended up with no out of pocket expenses for health, and when the insurance company tried to come back a year after the settlement was taken care of, Karr & Sherman was already on the phone making sure that a past client was taken care of. That means the world to me, that they did not leave a former client out in the cold even a year after the case had been closed. Very professional, absolutely cares about their clients. Would *highly* recommend Karr & Sherman Co., LPA!
