				I contacted Anton Kaimansky and William Dudek directly, and through the website’s intake. My contact regarding an urgent matter received no response.



This is especially concerning given the firm explicitly advertises a 24–48 hour response time for inquiries. That representation was not upheld, despite the urgency clearly outlined in my intake.



If a firm is unable to meet its own stated communication standards at the initial point of contact, it raises reasonable concerns about reliability and client engagement overall.



At minimum, expectations should align with actual practice. That was not the case here.
