I had a serious issue with my employer. I was illegally fired after 13 years of service. My employer went so far as to have me investigated by the District attorney. The changes would of lead to felony charges. I contacted my Uniserve Director who was working with me and within 45 minutes he had an appointment and all the paper work in place for my legal team.
My first appointment was with Julia Kelly and Fil Iorio. As soon as I meet them I felt at ease. They took care of everything and by the time the arbitration was done, I had my employment record cleared, the charges were dropped and my job back.
Mr. Iorio and Mrs. Kelly always took my calls and answered my questions. They always gave me honest answers and were very up front with my case issues. I never felt I was just a case number. They made me feel that I could ask anything and I would get straight answers and I was important to them. They really listened to my ideas and not once did I feel my opinions didn't matter.
