Kristina M. Kaeding was an amazing attorney. She was really easy to work with, very caring of the situation as to why I was needing to file for chapter 7 and never once made me feel like I should be embarrassed or ashamed. I was appreciative that she had given me the option to make payments to her for the filing cost/fee because like most people I did not have that kind of money just laying around and I appreciated that even though she wasn't able to actually start the filing process until everything was paid in full, which makes sense, but she didn't just push me aside as an afterthought, but she was still there to help give me advice, guidance and to keep me updated and informed on what she was able to do during that time frame. She always made sure to confirm that I understood everything that was being done, the paperwork I was signing, how the process would work, what was needed of me, and helped make sure that I was prepared for when the court hearing date came. I appreciated this greatly as I am a very highly anxious person and tend to stress about anything and everything but the whole process with her, I felt comfortable, she made she I understood and offered lots of reassurance during the whole process. I also appreciated that after everything was done, filed and the hearing was over that she was still there to offer support and answer questions and that she didn't just leave me a drift.
