I had such a great experience with Justice for Workers! I especially want to thank Diego, Diana, and Alejandra for all their help, support, and professionalism throughout the entire process. They made everything feel so easy and straightforward, and they were always there to answer my questions and make sure I understood what was going on. Even though these processes can sometimes take a while, they truly take the worries off your shoulders and make the entire experience feel so much more stress-free. I never felt like I was going through it alone because I knew I had people who were there to help and guide me every step of the way. I’m extremely grateful for everything Diego, Diana, and Alejandra did for me. Their patience, communication, and dedication really made a difference. I would absolutely recommend Justice for Workers to anyone who needs help, they have an amazing team! ❤️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS. Of the $5,000 I earned, I signed a contract for 50% as "fees" ($2,500), but then they invented "COSTS" ($2,116.02), and in the end, I received $383.00. Find someone else who doesn't rip you off so blatantly!

I had a positive experience working with Billy Sung and the entire team at Justice for Workers. Billy was genuinely dedicated to my case and consistently advocated for me, even though it was not the type of case that would earn the firm top dollar. I felt valued as a person rather than simply as a potential payout. In my experience, the name "Justice for Workers" truly reflects the firm's values and the way they represent their clients.

In Young Park's own words, "We basically never see money when the defendant is in default." That should have been disclosed to me before I signed the retainer—not three years later. I retained this firm in June of 2023. My case was in default by March 2024. After two failed attempted to get the packet approved from March to January or 2025, they let the default judgment packet sit idle for 18 months. In June of 2025 defendant's business closed at which time, I requested they request an expedited hearing to get the packet approved. The request was ignored. Instead, they filed continuances without telling me. I was physically sick when I realized the packet they finally submitted after 18 months is substantively identical to the previous packet. Throughout this process, I repeatedly reached out for updates. I often have had to reach out multiple times to get a response and many of the responses I received were confusing, incomplete, or contradicted earlier explanations and the court records. I often felt like I wasn’t being given the full picture of what was happening with my case. When I asked for basic case information—billing records, a timeline, an explanation of delays—I was told by Tara Hattendorf my requests were "not reasonable or practicable." When I asked about malpractice insurance, Tara told me I was creating a conflict of interest. I’m sharing my experience because I don’t want anyone else to go through the stress, confusion, and emotional toll that I am. I filed a complaint with the State Bar so they can review what happened. I trusted this firm, and I regret that trust. I hope my experience helps someone else make an informed decision.
