We live quite far from his office but wanted to give him a try anyway, and once we were there he made us feel very comfortable!

So let’s start with this they need to know how to deal with costumer on the phone !! The first time I spoke with one of the representatives I believe that was his secretary she didn’t even try to listen and only talk with let me to pull information that i tried to tell her and she had an attitude but you know I tried to say to myself maybe she is having a bad day … but no when I scheduled the phone call for today at 5pm and tried to talk with the lawyer and telling him I am interested in open kind of a trust for my real estate he pull some wrong information or he wasn’t well educated in this thing … and how do I know because it’s not the first time I do it !!! Now when it came my turn to speak after i heard him not stop talking for 10 minutes he is cutting me when I am correcting him. And continue to interrupt me !!! So let me educate you a little bit to have a trust doesn’t mean you lose control of you asset you become the beneficiary of the asset it’s not on your name !!! But you are the holder of it !!! If you don’t know those things educate yourself!! More over I am glad I could see he is not the right fit for me.
Because I would not give someone non educated or rude to handle such an important thing that some people works all their life for …. If you want to have a rude person that doesn’t even listen to you and think he knows better than you when you a lot of knowledgeable of it he will be the worst guy to come for …
