I had a very disappointing experience with this office. The paralegal and office manager Jordana McConnell was extremely rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional in their interactions. Their attitude made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Clients deserve to be treated with respect, patience, and courtesy, especially when dealing with legal matters. Unfortunately, the lack of professionalism and customer service left a very negative impression. I hope the office takes this feedback seriously and improves the way its staff communicates with clients.
