… if I could GIVE HIM LESS THAN the minimum value Star- Juan M Simon would receive it… he is a sellout to at least THIS one former client “since last decade”… the INITIAL client enthusiasm of “perceiving to have” an advocate in the pursuit of justice” was misguided… as time progressed in the case- it became apparent that Simon was lackadaisical in his, ahem, “work on behalf of his client”- to the point that client’s spouse had to assume the “rudimentary function” of locating the whereabouts of the defendant party in order to serve complaint documentation upon them- at which “PLAINTIFF LOCATED DEFENDANTS” in order to EFFECT THE SERVICE OF PROCESS OF THE DOCUMENTS personally in order to advance the pursuit of plaintiff’s justice- “not Simon- NOR ANYONE in simon’s employ” did this- as simon had claimed “his own inability to locate defendants” (are you starting to remember this- simon?)… subsequently during the “endeavor” plaintiff complained about lackadaisical work effort/ineffective assistance of counsel by simon TO simon during “his process”- however to no avail- and in the end and as a result of the unmotivated/“compromised?” position of “counsel?”- the highly motivated but unknowledgeable in legal process plaintiff suffered devastating legal disappointment and loss of substance that endures to this very day… he did not “go to bat” for THIS client- and “twisted the client’s arm to “accept/settle for a pittance”- or “settle indebted to the medical establishment”… yeah- WORKINGS of A TRUE- “corporate- CLIENT” ADVOCATE!- THAT’S juan m simon for ya!… folks who “today” have the ability to utilize these current “case settlement” companies’ services- have the promise/opportunity of a FAR SUPERIOR OUTCOME- physically- emotionally- financially- than ANYTHING simon could achieve- or FAIL TO ACHIEVE- and though it was a complicated medical case- THIS personal injury client was “not at fault” in the automobile collision- client circumstances that became BEYOND simon’s appetite to “press on”- and ultimately left the client with the realization of being abandoned in time of need and in the lurch… he’s been “in business” for decades- yet- has only a pittance of reviews… could there be an “unwritten- reason”?… BUYER BEWARE!…
