My family is working with Attorney Joseph R. Burcke expecting clear communication and timely updates. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. There are long periods with no response, even after multiple follow-ups, and it is increasingly difficult to get basic status updates on our matter.

Communication is critical when working with legal counsel, and the lack of responsiveness creates unnecessary frustration and uncertainty. After more than two months without meaningful contact, it's difficult to remain confident that the case is being given appropriate attention.

Based on this experience, I would not recommend this attorney to anyone who values consistent communication and follow-through.
