				Does not know proper courtroom procedure so if you have to go to court beware. Attorney does not know anything about property law but took our money to represent us and now we are liable for a judgment for a frivolous lawsuit because our attorney did not file the proper paperwork nor did he know how to represent us in the courtroom.
