I called and left a message for Alex on the morning of April 29, 2026, and was told she was in a meeting. By the end of the day, I still hadn’t heard back, so I called again and was told she was actually in court all day.

I provided multiple opportunities for a callback over the following Thursday, Friday, and Monday (until 2:30 PM), but never received any response. Nearly four business days is more than enough time to return a call, especially for a potential client.

If this is the level of communication before becoming a client, it raises serious concerns about how time sensitive matters would be handled afterward. Based on the lack of follow up and responsiveness, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
