DO NOT RENT FROM THESE SCAMMERS. LEASES ARE USELESS, THEY DONT HELP IN ANYWAYS. ALL THEY DO IS SCAM YOU OUT OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AND LIE TO THE JUDGES. THEY OWED US OVER $1200 IN DEPOSIT MONEY AND CLEANING AFTER WE HAD TWO PROFSIONALS GO IN AND CLEAN. THEY ALSO WANTED TO CHARGE US $900 FOR A PAINTING FEE. WE ACTUALLY CLEANED THE WALLS AND FLOORS 3X AND WE STILL COULDN'T GET THE CIGARETTE SMELL, MARIJUANA SMELL AND THEN HERE COMES THE COCKROACHES ON TOP OF IT. THEY CHARGES were ABSURD, BECAUSE WE ASKED THEM WHY. AFTER THAT HERE WE GO INTO COURT. WE HAD 5 DIFFERENT JUDGES WHO DIDNT WANT TO BE THERE. AS THE PLAINTIFFS WE WEREN'T ALLOWED TO SAY ONE WORD, AND THEN HE GOT A JUDGEMENT FROM THE COURTS (LAWYERS), FOR US TO PAY EVERYTHING. NOT ONE WORD. THE LAST JUDGE SAID THIS HAPPENED TO THE SAME LANDLORD BEFORE, AND HE DISMISSED THAT CASE AS WELL! IF YOU WANT A SCAM IN YOUR LIFE, RENT FROM NBS, AND THIER ATTORNEYS Johnston and white. Loosers. I hope you get back everything you have done to innocent people and then some!!!
