HIGHLY UNPROFFESSIONAL. Laughed at our situation, raised their voice at us, basically belittled us too. I would caution potential clients and recommend finding an immigration attorney who treats clients with respect and professionalism. Because of this, we no longer felt comfortable continuing with the firm and had to seek a new immigration attorney.
