Bill Routh was a complete joke. Went to his office based on a referral from work thru an employee assistance program. Everything is done through snail mail. Nothing is electronic. Everything took forever and he missed a court date. He... Missed... A... Court... Date. You have to be kidding me. Did not fight well for me in my case and gave incorrect information at times. Found a new lawyer in Sherif in downtown Knoxville and couldn't be happier. Do not waste your time and money with this guy. He is an old joke who has no sense of urgency and is extremely old fashioned.
