My father was charged over $2500 to make a Last Will and Testament but needed to make changes. He has tried contacting the office over 5+ times in the last few months but received no response back. If you have a urgent matter I would suggest choosing a different law practice.

Washington County, I just heard from another attorney, is one of the most stringent for guardianship, which is good for protection but can make it hard to find attorneys willing to work there. It's a seller's market. This wasn't easy. Revolving staff answering the phone that couldn't answer questions, often being the person not there. He wrote long scolding letter we probably paid for when I could show but my husband couldn't find time for a face to face appointment -- so I simply wrote back and politely suggested a phone call. The level of tension just didn't feel necessary for the tasks. For a guardian case that wasn't challenged, we were charged the top of his estimate. Got the job done but made a stressful circumstance even more unpleasant.
