Interesting. I put a review in yelp about a year and a half ago and it disappeared. I wonder why this happens !! Let me repeat it again. I owned a house as a single man and I was planning to get married soon after I talked to Mr. Teter. My property taxes were 2000 per year that were tied into prop 13. I asked Mr Teter if I sold 1/2 my house to my future wife (she wasn't yet my wife at the time), would my property taxes go up?.. He told me don't worry, nothing will change. Hence I sold 1/2 of my house to my future wife, got married and immediately got a tax bill for 6000 dollars. Thanks Mr. Teter. You really know your property tax law!!!

Yelp did not post my review.
Milked me for hours on end, and never...ever provided any valuable information. Took my money as fast as possible and dragged out a tax audit. I dumped John in the middle and my new Attorney found $350,000 in deductions John never looked into. Why because John doesn't care about his client- he cares about billing you. Totally sucks and put my life in jeopardy.
