Do not pay him . He is no one that will fight for you. He’s basically a bonds man. Will not help you win your case

Spent a lot of money, only time he will talk with client is about the fee issue. Client of his, first time my son in court, Allen was about to leave, my son was only one left and my son had to flag Allen down, after he was already paid $4100 dollars he didn't even know or care who he was or that he was representing him.we had to figure out in court which man was Allen be cause he never contacted or spoke to my son outside of court.allen just charges you like Everything goes to trial, when He has a good idea it won't or doesn't look into the case to make a determination on a upfront fee. Allen offers no communication what so ever and I don't believe he did even 2 hrs of work on case. Allen is a Ghost Attorney. $4100, I paid up front. Allen, the judge, and the Prosecutor all have their cozy relationship. Don't hire him, or pay him one quarter or one third up front to see where case is heading. Allen won't do that, can you imagine I paid $4100 divided by 2 hrs work. I would not hire him, ever again, I'm still making payments! What attorney won't see client in jail to let him know what the hell is going on. Let me restate, again $4100 charged and if he started with a simple fee to determine seriousness of case. The accuser was meth head, warrant out for her arrest, trespassing on clients property. Client didn't even need an attorney!!! SO cut and dry case was, DON'T HIRE ALLEN, be smarter than me

Only lawyer I would trust. He commands the courtroom during trial and delivers powerful closing arguments. Joe I believe has respect from his peers, including judges. He uses complex strategies, vast knowledge, ethical behavior, strong preparation and investigation, and extensive experience to fight for his clients best results. I could write a book on how thankful I am when he successfully received a "not guilty" at trial for me recently where I was facing 4 consecutive life sentences, but I know I for one only read reviews that are short and to the point so let me just say that if you are in need of real help that I truly believe Joe is the right lawyer.
