Lawyer Joan is humble and kind. She is a good listener, and that is a key when you choose a lawyer. I was surprised to call her office and ask about an attorney. She picked up the phone herself and told me she is the lawyer! She took the time to listen to my story and provided good insight without asking for a fee! If you want a good, caring, genuine, and professional lawyer, then choose Joan. BTW, she did not ask me to write this review. I wrote it myself to show my gratitude for her service. Although my issue was not within her specialty, she took the time trying to provide a good advice to help me. That's unusual! Lawyers are known to be greedy for money but Joan is different. Joan Jacobs Thomas and her Staff saved my assets, represented me in a very professional manner and I believe Joan and her lawfirm saved my life. I had Joan for a few things. I did love her. Until she back stabbed me and my grandson. She allowed my roommate to manipulate her and go against me. She would not even have the professional courtesy to talk to me and I was her client. After taking my grandson to therapy it came out the roommate was the one manipulating the grandson. It could have been very helpful had Joan just pulled us ALL in and talked after all she wants to be a mediator. Then when my grandson called for her to help him she only wanted to talk about something she had no business talking about at that time and dint help him.. Very sad..
