They have very little clue what they're doing.
Had the intake conversation which went well, they said I'd hear back within 24 hours if they were going to take the case. 4 days later I still hadn't heard so called and was advised someone would call me back.
That person had no idea what was going on or how long I might have to wait.
That same evening I got an email saying I'd missed a follow up phone call because I'd been advised they were picking my case up and I'd scheduled a call (i hadn't) and needed to reschedule.
I scheduled the next morning for later in the day, then 2 hours later got an email saying that they wouldnt be taking the case at all.

Utterly nonsensical and couldn't organise a 'piss up' in a brewery.
I'd give a 0 if I could but a 1* will have to do.
