I was referred to Joseph Urbanski via my estate lawyer for a property agreement. It was a pleasure working with him and Tatiana Canas. Joseph explained everything to a level of understanding and walked us through the steps. He listened to certain sections that needed to be modified while also gave us some insight as to why certain provisions were stated. He also has a great sense of humor which I appreciate. Tatiana Canas was attentive and ready to answer any questions via email, text, or phone. Thank you both and the rest of the team behind the scenes for making this process easy.

I hired Ann Kavanaugh in March of 2025 with the understanding that my funds were limited. She then began to bill outside of the scope of work $16k more than the agreement. She also made deals with the opposing parties attorney without consulting me first. I would have never hired Ann Kavanaugh if I had know they would bill me for work that was not done and I ended up settling my trust case without her help. I would never recommend Ann Kavanaugh or JKZ LLP to present anyone. They are a total rip off!

Thanksgiving is a time to give gratitude, and I will forever feel grateful for Joseph Urbanski when he was there by my side, for emotional, mental, and legal support. It's been a long journey but I will always remember the enormous part he played in it. He was very client centered and shared the value and mindset I had when it came to protection and safety of my family. His approach in communication was kind, patient, and honest. I've reached out to him and he's been immediately responsive. Joseph is dependable and trustworthy, and I know I can rely on him at any time.

I had a great experience with Joseph Urbanski and his team. He helped me and my spouse set up a prenup on a tight timeline. Meetings with him were always very efficient, and we usually ended up using less time than scheduled. I expected someone billing hourly to be more lax with efficiency, so I was really happy about this. The one thing I'd note though is that in my experience, they weren't very responsive via email. Things went well once I started just calling them for concerns.
