				This is a really bad workmen's compensation attorney. I called the Alameda County Bar Association Legal Referral Services and they were adamant they needed my current workmen's compensation attorneys name to be sure that when they gave the referral to workmen's compensation attorney Jeremy Smith that there was no conflict of interest. 



Well Jeremy Smith declined the referral due to a conflict of interest  as he works in same building as my former workmens compensation attorney and they are colleagues/ friends. Jeremy Smith told my old attorney everything on the referral form without ever meeting me or having me sign a release form. Don't see him unless confidentiality does not matter to you. My attorney went off on me for 2-3 hours about this and I got a really low settlement due to Jeremy Smith and my former attorney!



Jeremy values his relationship with other attorneys above his prospective clients. He does not even understand laws regarding confidentiality and protection of client rights. This is an awful attorney. Don't see him unless you want your workmen's compensation case totally messed up. He is bad news. He caused me lots of harm and I never even met him!
