Do Not Hire. Major Financial Damages and Total Lack of Due Diligence.

I strongly discourage anyone from hiring Attorney Price. His complete failure to perform basic due diligence caused me to be defrauded by a buyer and forced me to carry the heavy financial burden of two households simultaneously.

Mr. Price negotiated a Contract for Sale but completely neglected to ensure its core terms were met. He aggressively pressured me to meet every single one of the buyer's demands—including a highly stressful 3-week deadline to be under contract for alternative housing.

I met my end of the deal, but Mr. Price failed to verify the most basic elements of the transaction: he never confirmed that the buyer submitted their initial good faith deposit to the title company, nor did he verify that they met their mortgage commitment deadline.

Had he checked on these standard milestones, I would have known the transaction was stalled, and I never would have moved forward, permitted inspections, or taken on a second home.

Instead, I was left completely in the dark about these critical breaches.

To make matters worse, his professionalism was deeply concerning. He made callous remarks suggesting I get a dumpster for my belongings, denied saying it when confronted, and ultimately quit in the middle of the active transaction.

The depth of his negligence only came to light when I had to hire a new attorney. My new counsel immediately requested proof of the good faith deposit and mortgage commitment. The buyer’s attorney immediately responded by unilaterally canceling the contract and admitting in writing that his client had intentionally withheld the initial deposit from the very start.

Mr. Price failed to protect my interests, lacked basic competence in managing contract contingencies, and abandoned me mid-transaction. I am now forced to pursue legal action against the buyers to recover my extensive financial losses. Protect your finances and avoid this attorney.

Jeremy is a good guy. He helped me out with getting a consent order for civil restraints sent out very fast and gave me solid advice on how to handle the situation I was thrown into.
