Mr William Wheeler was recommended to us by our insurance agent in SC . Our insurance agent is a great guy! But we have/had a terrible situation with our neighbors trespassing and plowing up our land and titles/deeds, maps, property lines crossed etc. well, to say the least we emails all the slam dunk information to Mr wheeler, and thought him being a state house rep. Of SC he would be on top of things and state laws, a go getter and help us out! WRONG! We are retired, aim resident in Wilmington NC and we have also residual 5 aces in SC which is now being over rubbed by our NOT so nice neighbors whom think they don't have to follow the laws in Cassatt SC, and can steal land and cross property lines and drive on peoples land , plow it, and not follow laws. Mr Wheeler, didn't care, dragged his feet for 3 days, while we neared all the evidence to him. Meanwhile, I called for more lawyers while he still dragging his feet, he then referred me to another friend attorney of his that will charge me $15k and says it will take yrs & yrs, even though I have everything, maps, titles, deeds, videos, sheriffs on video etc. please do NOT waste your time and $$$$ on this man, he is more a politician than he is a lawyer. You can see that on his or their fabulously displayed Facebook page! Jennings law firm! To say the least I did in fact find two lawyers in Columbia SC that kick Ass! After calling most of the attorneys in Camden, Cassatt, and Bishopville SC don't waste your time of $$$ go to Columbia the big city, well worth the time, and the cost and they listen & treat people like human beings not like low life's! Also note people that come from Wilmington,NC have money- ( we are the richest zip code in NC) we maybe the smallest by we are the mightiest also!

If you are looking for genuine people who truly care about you and the situation you are currently going through due to unfortunate circumstances that happen in life then this is the place to go. They are respectful, courteous, timely and are there to help you to the best of their ability. If I should ever need a lawyer again I will definitely be going back here.
