It was great and service was outstanding

I give zero stars the reason why I give zero is because I was contacted by y’all and I had to give up $9000 money that could be spent on my kids my family. Yes you do work for the judge he assigned you. I get all that, but I have to pay your bill and the judgment bill. I don’t find that very fair. I was probably redo y’all on the phone but understand you’re taking money away from my family for For a vehicle that I gave back, they didn’t have to come looking for it. I called them and gave it back to them cause I could not afford it. It was feed my family or keep the car and I chose to feed my family therefore that’s why I paid it completely off y’all frozen account and took that money which was my son’s money in my Cash app that’s why I gave you zero.

The lady that handled my case had a pleasant voice and was nice. That is about the only good part of the experience I had. They froze my bank account until they got what they wanted over a retail store account from 12 years ago that was under a $1000. They will take whatever they want to get what they want. I don’t know how they have access to your bank account but they will find you and take what they want
