Had my case dismissed NOT cleared based on facts that were available to prove my innocence.yet made a deal with DA saying it was not financially practical for county.A possible conviction would only result in a Small fine.Would not consider even county departments computerized receipts off 3 computers as valid evidence of whereabouts during a crime I was not at in Grover beach.Nor bank records,hotel receipts,paid campground records,car REPAIR receipts,veterinary receipts or anything.Now I am expected to pay 15 months of legal fees based on false police reports with lies of some victim of a crime. False charges by police. False arrest at a crime scene nowhere near,malicious prosecution,emotional distress emergency room doctor bills,loss of present and future employment and income forever with this on my record,loss of my RTO cabin.Now threatened with arrest by court due to this bogus case and he never told me my name was forever ruined and I truly was NOT cleared due to me having to pay for a list posing a false case.I do not recommend this attorney.
