My ex- husband and I decided to hire Jeff to mediate our divorce. I ended up getting my own counsel after our initial meeting. During our meeting he tried to consistently intimidate me by staring me down and he had the audacity to laugh out loud when I was in tears, pain. He was friendly with my ex-husband, the adulterer, and was agressive with me. It was an extremely painful, shocking and difficult process and Jeff made things much more so by his complete lack of compassion and decency.

I will say the women/staff he has working in the office were very professional and friendly.
