Mr. Austin “represented” me a few years ago. He initially heard me case and stated “This will be a fun case to take to trial, we can definitely beat it.” After hearing his confidence toward my case I asked about a down payment. He stated it would be $5,000. I thought that was too much. He then stated he would return a portion of that if my case never went to trial. My case never went to trial bc he completely gave up my case once he had that $5,000. I was stuck with no resolution, plus out of $5,000. He is not trustworthy at all. John Odom in Florence is who I recommend.
