I had an introductory call setup with them. The call was setup more than a week in advance. With less than 30 minutes notice, I receive an automated email notice that the meeting was cancelled. Just an automated message. No one reached out. I followed up and the person said the meeting was scheduled during a time he was busy. No apology, no immediate offer to reschedule. For a professional law firm, they should have noticed the issue much earlier and proactively reached out to reschedule and not at the last minute. It was their mistake and they didn’t even seem to care. I don't see how I would trust them with something as important as my legal needs with a firm that seems to value their time more than mine. I can’t speak to the quality of their legal services because I never got that far.

Hi! I have worked with this attorney on quite a few different issues and he is extremely knowledgeable and professional. What really sets him apart is he is super responsive - even gets back to me on weekends, holidays, and late at night. He has called me well after normal bedtime when I had an important issue that could not wait to the next day. I find few people in professional services have this level of responsiveness.

Mr. Katz was extremely helpful and answered my questions completely, respectfully and efficiently. I understand my options so much better now and how to move forward with my issue.
