Don’t expect a timely, organized or helpful response. On June 9th I called and let the firm know I was looking for help on an inspection sticker ticket. I provided them the ticket info and let them know I was asking for help with a dismissal letter for the ticket. The response was due on 6/25. They called me a few times. Asked serval times what I was looking for, had me resend the ticket to them. Then on Friday 6/19 around 6pm they called and said they couldn’t help me. Take your business elsewhere. They will let you down right before you expect to get a response.
