Hello, let me start this review by saying that Jay Browne is an amazing, knowledgeable, and very caring attorney. He is a really hard worker who will work on your case 24 hours a day 7 days a week . He literally has sent me emails at 3 or 4 in the morning and then spoken with me early the next morning which proves that. He is also representing my daughter in a different case and she says the same things about him. He is our attorney in a holdover case. He can work miracles in housing court and did so for us the day before the Marshall's were coming to evict us which is proof of that. When you are facing an eviction and about to become homeless you really need an attorney who will do everything in their power to help which Jay has done and continues to do for us in our very difficult case. We are so thankful for all of his hard work and dedication. There are not enough words to say how much we appreciate him.

After five months of not delivering legal work he promised, he asked for a retainer to do what my legal plan already covered. Last time we spoke he was going to provide me with legal research within 2 weeks. He did not. I just gave up and found someone else.
