Jason and Katie took great care of me during a very difficult time. I went in knowing nothing about the process, but they helped me clearly understand my options and accomplish my goals. They were always quick to respond to emails and texts, and made sure I stayed on top of what needed to get done. I really appreciated Jason's attention to detail and understanding of the law. He protected my rights when things were intentionally left vague. I know Jason will always fight for his clients' best interests.

Jason was extremely helpful during the process. Very knowledgeable about what was needed and always willing to go above and beyond for me. Overall it was a pleasant experience during a hard time. Would recommend his office to anyone in need of the services.

Jason is the best child custody attorney ever! He answered every phone call and text message within hours. He helped my son get custody of his daughter and he explained every step along the way with extreme clarity. He was very kind to us and always made us feel comfortable and understood. He really knows his stuff and we couldn’t be happier with the results! Seriously, Jason Robb will have your back from start to finish!

I had a very poor experience with Jason Robb and ultimately terminated his services.
The custody petition he prepared for me contained multiple spelling and wording errors, which immediately raised concerns about professionalism and attention to detail.
Over a short period, I was required to pay three separate retainers, along with additional costs tied to mediation. I was billed nearly $1,000 in a single day due to excessive back-and-forth email communication with the opposing party. Even after asking to limit unnecessary responses to control costs, the billing continued.
There were also clear inconsistencies in how financial documentation was handled. I was required to provide detailed and current records, while less current information appeared to be accepted from the opposing party without the same level of follow-up.
Communication was limited and often unresponsive. On one occasion, I waited at the office for a significant amount of time without prior notice of unavailability.
Repeated payment demands came with warnings that my case would be dropped if deadlines weren’t met, which added unnecessary pressure.
Overall, this was a horrible experience, and I strongly do not recommend Jason Robb. Based on my experience, he was the main source of the issues, including high costs, poor communication, and lack of confidence in my representation

Mr. Robb is a great attorney. He is very helpful and knows what he is doing. I will be using him again in the future if the need arises.
