Jason E Anderson Law Office

I have to say that this is the worst working with attorney! Mr. Jason Anderson is the MOST unresponsive person in the world. No matter email, nor any phone, voice mails, he never, never responded to you at all!!!! You reminded him of the deadlines for the filing but he missed. You reminded him of the hearing date, but he simply failed to show up!!! What a shame!

I would not any stars due to at the end of our bankruptcy case he did not let the court know we had moved and did not ask the court to transfer or case to chapter 7 from chapter 13.

at the end we never got the court paperwork so our case was dismissed even when we gave him the paperwork to change out address and wage info to get our case changed.

he is the worst I have had helped us I would never tell anyone to work with him again

I also received very poor and unprofessional work from his paralegal Scott Dawson.
When I first met Scott he promised me a great deal of $75 for a 30 minute consultation with Jason Anderson. My husband and I went in, explained our case, showed him some paperwork and got nothing. He stared blankly at us and said "HMM" and "OK I SEE." We got absolutely NO advice. Even his joke of a paralegal said "I think they are looking for guidance on how to proceed with their case." And he said "yep, you've got a good case." That's it. No joke....that was all he said.
When I walked in I knew I had good strong case-I didn't need him to tell me. I needed legal advice to help me know how to proceed, what papers I needed.

Oh....but it gets worse. After this absolutely uncomfortable and humiliating experience Mr.Anderson had NO problem asking for my credit card.
How that man sleeps at night is confusing to me.

His paralegal started ignoring our calls and did NOT help us through ours case after paying him a flat fee. This lawyer firm is JOKE. Stay far away and save your money.

I hired Jason after working with Scott his Paralegal. Jason did not prepare me for any aspect of the court hearing nor did he show uo during the first half of my hearing. He failed to file reaffirmation paperwork on a loan and now my vehicle is going to be reposessed. He doesnt return phone calls or emails. I do NOT recommend him or his firm for anything. Stay far away.
