My experience with Jason Lamm was outstanding. When someone close to me was arrested, I interviewed several criminal attorneys in the PHX area, including Jason. He was clearly different from others - noticeable from the very beginning. Jason has the relevant experience on both sides of the courtroom. He has prosecuted various criminal offenses in his career as well as now defending those accused of crimes. He knows how the systems works and he knows the players in the system. I cannot over emphasize how important this experience, knowledge and insight was in our case.

More important to me was Jason's interest in our accused family member. He cared about our family member as a person and a friend-in-the-making, not just as a client or a "job to finish." At one point early on, Jason told us that he would want our accused family member to work with the counseling professionals he would make available even if charges were dropped. This is because he is more interested in the well-being and happiness of others than he is in relying on luck by "dodging a bullet." It's a rare thing to find an attorney that is incredibly talented and capable as well as one that cares personally about others.

His interactions with the accused were much more than "taking care of tasks". They demonstrated real interest in the person and how to move through the legal process in a way that is both effective as well as giving hope to the accused. The criminal legal process moves slowly with many bumps, jolts and unpleasant surprises along the way. It was so valuable to have someone that helped us deal with not only the legalities but also the emotions, disappointments and minor victories along the way. He helped us have perspective and realize that although there was much outside of our control, there was much that was within our control - finding peace, building real character, treating others well, and doing the hard "self-work" that yields confidence and the basis for a substantially improved legal outcome.

The "minor victories" I referenced above are important. They add up. Jason was genius in how he orchestrated things to capture these victories. They happened because of his expertise, knowledge of the system and of the key players in the process. They happened because of his holistic approach of improving the person while improving the legal outcomes.

Long story short, the minor victories along the way amounted to a major victory as the legal outcome of our case was far better than anything we were told by other lawyers. Not just slightly better - incredibly better. More importantly, our loved one was in a much better place as a person. Jason truly worked miracles. Hiring Jason was one of the best decisions I have ever made.

I have worked with many attorneys that specialize in different types of cases. Usually, it will be evident that they have a certain strong suit. This is certainly not the case for Mr. Lamm. Jason has worked on cases, varying from felonies threatening life sentences, to misdemeanors threatening probation. Despite this, I can confirm that through every case and trial, no matter the implications of the sentence, Mr. Lamm gives his 110% effort and attention to detail in every single job he does. I have tried my best to write the review that Jason deserves, but I truly don’t think the words exist. First and foremost, he is an absolutely incredible lawyer. He knows the law at an expert level, and it shows in every aspect of his work. The professionals he brings in when a case calls for it match that same level of expertise, and it is truly impressive to witness how seamlessly he works with everyone in his network.

He was able to achieve an outcome that we were told was impossible—my case was completely dismissed. Jason was surgical in his approach throughout the entire time he represented me.

Beyond his legal skill, Jason is incredibly humble and caring. At no point did he sugarcoat anything or try to make the situation seem less severe than it was, but he delivered the truth with tact and grace. I always felt fully informed. I’m not exactly sure when he sleeps, because he was always quick to respond to my many questions and concerns, no matter the hour or day.
