I cant believe I havnt written a review earlier. Jason schram and associate Jon Bailey are top top top real estate attorneys! You can definetly count on them for an extremely smooth real estate transaction. You can also count on them for extremely complex difficult transactions. They are calm, knowledgeable and connected. Their relationships with other attorneys and realtors make the transaction very easy going and smooth. They always have a clients back. When they see red flags in a transaction they are not shy to bring them up and protect their buyers and sellers. They are amazing advocates for their clients. I am a Realtor and have done numerous transactions with these two. They are my go to every time.
