I was very pleased with Jarvis Law services for my speeding ticket. They were very easy to work with - everything was handled with one single phone call and an email! I did not have to show up to court and they achieved my goal of helping me get zero points on my license! As an unexpected bonus, the ticket was dropped to something not even requiring a fine. Very unorganized unprofessional! I had several red flags before I could even get in the door. I was seeking legal advice and the first time I called the system was down to schedule me a consultation. Ok things like this happens . So Maria call me back to schedule consultation (seems sweet but was very difficult for her to understand me ) I left my job went to lunch waited for the call we scheduled tht I never received for 30 mins. I call back left a message still no call back . I call back again a couple hours later I finally get thru . I asked what happen she ask me did I miss the call ?. I explained I didn’t I was prepared. So she schedule me another appointment for a few days later. Then she calls me 30 mins before the appointment on tht day and says attorney sick can we schedule another appointment. No thank you. I will take my business and money to the next attorney tht understands how important and serious my life is . Come to think about it , I never even had a text or email to confirm my appointment like other offices .

Maria was a delight to talk to. She’s very sweet and informative woman working the front desk. She’s helping me guide me through the process of my first traffic citation in Charlotte. Can’t believe I actually got a ticket here. Hoping the case will be dismissed and I can get on with my life
