				This company provided a mediator that was unethical. Greg (Miami) during mediation didn't allow an offer to be placed on the table before telling me what he thought I should take. The purpose of a mediator is to assist in decision making but not make the decision solely himself before the company decides anything. I was treated unfairly and this shouldn't happen to others in the future.

				My experience as a men Hiro Aragaki, I would not recommend unless you want to be forced to agreement,despite, strong paperwork facts and he says what is not to discredit the person who is supposedly helping to solve the fraud,problem as affectedby fraud, Hiro Aragaki takes false assessment of the conversation

				Complete and total rip off! $300 to place something on a calendar is called non refundable management fee and you HAVE to pay it even if you immediately state you do not want the appointment in 6 weeks or so and changed your mind. Read everything and try not to use this service! Big paydays on your working class backs for them.

				Run, don't walk, from JAMS. They exist solely to extract money from you by continually extending your case and keeping it out of the vastly more expedient Court system. My "three month - $10K case" required 7 years and $800,000. Ridiculous and I am not alone: do your research and learn the truth Run, don't walk. Away.
