My husband and I had the chance to do business with him over a year ago, and I'm so glad we did. I also had the pleasure of speaking to his wife on a few occasions. Mr.Lederach and his secretary went above and beyond for us. I have my father and stepmother meeting up with him shortly to get their living trust in order. I live about 40 to 45 minutes away from Scottdale and I'm only 8 miles from Pittsburgh. So that right here, says a lot!!!! I'd rather go see him than an overpriced know-it-all attorney in an overpriced suit. And for the ppl who say he's rude, you truly never experienced true rudeness have you? Common sense, no attorney will answer your questions or inform you on a matter when they're not the ones representing you.!!! It's like no one has common sense anymore or can think on their own.

He handled a home sale by owner for me an worked well. My parents used him close to a decade ago if not more than a decade ago an he did good job for them. So when I found a house for sale by owner I requested the seller use him an he represented both of us. I can only speak for my end as I was the buyer an everything worked out smoothly 💯. So I'm all around happy. Everything went smooth, made amendments during the 45 day course of transactions an either he or his secretary Sheri did what was requested without hasel.
Unless there's some sort of issue in future with paperwork I'd highly recommend him for real estate deals. Even if there is an unexpected issue I'm not concerned because to date I've had no issues calling an rectifying anything so I'm confident if an issue does arise it'll be handled properly without dispute. Therefore I give 5 stars.
When my grandmother passed unfortunately my mother wasn't executor of the will an sadly my aunt used an attorney by the name of Matthew curial from Greensburg. That was a nightmare. That man should be disbarred. I'm saying that to say this. I've used a real estate attorney in upstate NY an he was atrocious. My family used one from Greensburg an experienced same kind of unprofessionalism. So when you find someone good an honest I spread the word. James is experienced, older an established. Doesn't seem to manipulate or be deceptive. So yes if I ever need a real estate man again I'll use him. I am planning on using him to possibly add my parents name to my deed. Best to date I've ever come across in 2 states. I've bought an sold 5 properties personally an am 43. Best of luck to all 😊
