				I live out of state and Mr. Morgan and staff was great with my dad's will.  My dad lives in California. He questions over the phone were perfect and they returned my calls. I do not like professionals charging for every little thing and he does not. I am thankful for Mr. Morgan and office.

				I don't even know where to begin.  Mr Morgan is as honest, knowledgable and professional as they come.  He returns phone calls and makes you feel important.  He goes the extra mile for you and actually cares about his clients.  His staff is also warm and wonderful. Its not often you can refer someone to an Attorney and know they are in good hands,  I highly recommend Attorney James R Morgan!

				Jim Morgan has been my attorney for over 30 years for various things. He's always always ALWAYS been prepared in court, professional, exceedingly attentive to detail and supportive (need I tell you that being involved in *any* legal action is stress-producing and difficult for the average person?). His office staff performs efficiently and keeps things in the office running smoothly. The office is conveniently located on Treat Blvd in Walnut Creek and seems to have adequate, free parking alongside the building. I've had occasion to refer friends and family to Jim and they have made a point to tell me how grateful they were for the referral and how happy they were at the way they were treated, how fair and professionally their legal needs were met. I can highly recommend. I wouldn't still consider Jim my attorney after 30+ years if he were less than the best!
