PLEASE READ !!!! I would highly advise you to find another attorney. Jim Miller did absolutely nothing to represent me. I reached out to him twice and was told just do what they say without him knowing anything about my case. At court he said he knew nothing when he said he would speak to me before court just the day before causing my case to be prolonged. I had to ask him about documents he was sent and he knew nothing about them even though I was told they were sent. He also refused to give me his email so I could send additional documents to help with the case. I believe he did not care about my case based on my race which is unjust and quite frankly disgusting. Very unfair treatment and I would never treat my client that way. I will be filing a complaint regarding the unprofessionalism.
