Rude condescending and ignorant. He'll tell you to your face money is why he represents people. It's pretty sad when the client walking in holds more case law knowledge. If you're trying to just take a deal he might be worth his weight in lead but if you're trying to actually win I wouldn't hire this boot lover.

For over 10 years of working with attorneys, this was by far the worst experience I have had. Communication from the office was poor. We rarely received updates on the case, and when we contacted the office, the communication was often rude and unprofessional. My CDL driver was charged $1,200 for the case and was told the fee would be reduced. However, when we appeared in court, we were informed that charge reductions for CDL drivers are not available in the State of Arkansas. This should have been explained before accepting the case and collecting the fee. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this law firm. I also believe the firm should reconsider whether Jordan Maddox is the right fit for a legal assistant position because of the level of customer service we received.
