I spoke with Mr. Kimes on two occasions regarding my lawsuit. He then scheduled a phone conference with me to go over further details and told me in the event that he did not take my case he would appear with me at an upcoming court date to inform the judge of my attempts at obtaining counsel. He did not follow through on the phone conference, nor the court appearance. He ignored texts and voice mails requesting an update. Extremely unprofessional and bizarre. Do not count on him, he may sound like a decent guy at first, but then he may end up ghosting you.

I’m not really sure on where to start.
Rod Kimes missed zoom meetings for our court dates and made excuses saying his phone died, But calls and texts messages were still going through.
Most unprofessional lawyer I’ve ever met.
He doesn’t keep you informed on what is going on with the case.
Rod doesn’t answer calls or return them.
Was not helpful at all with the whole process.
The whole business was very unprofessional.
Front desk lady is completely worthless.
**ALSO if you pay with cash make sure to get a receipt. They do not give you one and will double charge you.
WORST LAWYER AND BUSINESS. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
