This lawyer and office staff are extremely professional and polite. Very thorough with filing your papers, using free credit reports to see all creditors, stating the mandatory financial education classes you must complete which were very informative, tell you in person about what will be asked on Zoom bankruptcy hearing, prompt communication from office if more documents are required and the time frame for a decision by Bankruptcy court which mine was 64 days from court hearing until Discharge. God Bless Attorney Kerner and his kind administrative assistant, Julie. During these difficult economic times where everything is expensive from food, gas, medical bills along with outrageously high credit card interest rates that make you feeling like you are drowning in financial debt...it's nice to know this professional office exists.

James and the receptionist (sorry I forgot her name) made the process so much less stressful than I thought it would be. Ended up filing chapter 7 with him and he helped walk me through each step, what to expect, what not to do. Honestly made a stressful situation a very smooth process.
