I want to start by saying how deeply grateful I am to Adele Jacobs for taking my case and truly fighting for me. After being rejected by other attorneys, I felt discouraged and unsure of where to turn. Adele did not turn me away. Instead, she listened, believed in my case, and promised to fight for me — and she kept that promise. From the very beginning, she made me feel like I wasn’t facing everything alone, and that meant more than I can express.
The case did take longer than I expected, and at times that was frustrating. Legal processes can be overwhelming, especially when you’re also dealing with personal life stressors. However, throughout it all, Adele and Chip remained supportive and patient with me during some very difficult moments in my life.
I’m especially thankful for Chip’s knowledge and understanding of my health condition. Having someone who genuinely understood what I was going through medically made a big difference and helped me feel heard and validated.
